strawberry lemon – original creation

Most of my other cupcakes follow recipes exactly, but this cupcake is completely my own creation! Fresh strawberries and lemon zest in the cupcakes, and then a lemon icing over top. Very fresh and tasty.

I picked up some cherries earlier this week and decided to try them in a cupcake. They were pretty good!

These are by far the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. I made them and took them to my friend from Italy who has never had a cupcake before, and they ate four of them right away!
